There is a beautiful tradition in the Church to bless pets on the Feast of St. Francis, for he is well known for his love of all of God's creations - plants, animals, sun and moon.
On October 7, 2017 Fr. Rick blessed numerous energetic dogs, two nervous cats, a gold fish in a bowl, and a snoozing rabbit.
